I am interested in high P-T fluids in equilibrium with diopside and forsterite. So far I have investigated the solubility of diopside in pure water and brines at subduction zone and deep crust/upper mantle conditions. Future work will focus on the partitioning of rare earth elements between diopside and brines at elevated pressure and temperature.
